Body Blast:

Lower, Upper, and Core & More -30-minute class is for people who want a quick but impactful early morning workout that includes strength and cardio intervals. The workouts will be led by personal trainers who will utilize the bars and free weights in the LCARC studio. The workout will include the same exercises for 6 weeks so participants can increase the intensity and their weights each week if desired. Attend all three workouts per week and get a full body workout each week!

 

SAIL

Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is an evidence-based strength, balance and fitness program for adults 55 and older. Performing exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness are the single most important activity that adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling. The entire curriculum of activities in the SAIL Program can help improve strength and balance, if done regularly

Water Aerobics

All our Water classes are a mixture of cardio and toning, and all low impact! Great for those who need an impactful but gentle workout.

Pilates

This popular mat workout developed by Joseph Pilates concentrates on core strength, body alignment and muscular balance without adding bulk. If you are looking for that long, lean dancer body, this is the class for you!

Generation Xercise

Want to keep exercising well into your youth, but not sure if you can or where to start. We have just the class for you! Resistance train, walk, get fit, and have fun doing it while keeping it low impact. (45mins)

 

Yoga

Gentle Yoga is an all levels yoga class combining gentle yoga poses with deep breathing to increase flexibility and strength, improve posture and balance, stretch tight muscles, and relieve stress. No previous yoga experience necessary. Gentle Yoga is for anyone who may need gentle, low impact exercise or simply wants a slower paced gentle yoga practice. Stretch and relax your body in Gentle Yoga.
