Giving with a Purpose
There are many worthy causes today where individuals and corporations can give. Giving to the LCARC helps ensure the long-term sustainability of this amazing place where we’re positively affecting the quality of life of people from toddler to senior. Read below for the many opportunities to leave a little, or leave a legacy!

LCARC Endowment
Did you know the LCARC has an endowment established? This fund earns interest which goes to directly support LCARC programs. Last year this fund generated over $2,000 of income to the LCARC. If you are interested in gifting funds to the LCARC, directly or to the endowment, local experts on wills and trusts include Jones and Magnus Attorneys at law. If you are interested in gifting through stocks, investments, or land, contact Director Ryan Yunkers or local expert Sander Ludeman at 385-0305. There are some tax advantages to gifting too, so call one of the above people to get started and help ensure the long-term success of the LCARC!

The Indoor Playground Project!
The LCARC is working towards a 2,200-square-foot expansion that will feature a large play structure along with accessible ground elements.
The indoor playground, like the rest of the center, will be open for both members and non-members. The playground will provide additional recreation options for the center’s members, guests, and growing Fit Kids program.

The sponsorship levels including naming rights at $500K, Diamond at $50K plus, Platinum $25K-49,999, Gold $10K-24,999, Silver $5K-9,999, Bronze $1000-4,999

Corporate Giving and Sponsorships
Some of the biggest supporters of the LCARC are local businesses and organizations. If your organization or business has a giving program, and you’d like to support the LCARC, please contact Debbie Behnke in Corporate Memberships or Ryan Yunkers, Director. Maybe your organization has a passion for a particular area, and you’d like to support that. Maybe your company would like to supplement memberships for its employees. Or maybe your organization has access to a piece of equipment that the LCARC could use. As a 501(c)3 non-profit, there may be financial benefits for your group as well!
Join some of the many organizations who support the LCARC through donations and grants including: Consolidated Communications Community Fund, Crystal Valley Co-Op/Land O' Lakes, Compeer Financial (Formerly AgStar), MinnStar Bank, Page Jones Richards Foundation, Schmidt Foundation, Scheels, and Greater Mankato Area United Way.
Thrivent Gives Program
Do you have dollars invested in Thrivent Financial? If so, periodically you will build up donation dollars which you can direct to a non-profit organization, such as the LCARC. Simply log in to your account with Thrivent, access the Thrivent Gives information, and select the Lake Crystal Area Recreation Center as the recipient, and chose either a one-time or recurring donation.
